EMOTICOM- How Covid-19 Affected Mental Health – From 28th March to 5th April in Penagos (Spain)

🟣From 28th March to 5th April in Penagos (Spain) it is being held the Training Course part of the Erasmus+ Project: EMOTICOM: EMOTIonal management COMmunity after the pandemic (2022-1-CZ01-KA220-YOU-000089175).💟🔄

🟣Participants from the Czech Republic Petrklic Help (Czech Republic PASOS (Spain) and CFCECAS (Romania) are enjoying this training on making available to youth workers and young people the tools and methods developed in the framework of the EMOTICOM project.

🟣Thus, they are learning how Covid-19 affected mental health and emotional management methods and tools to effectively counteract the emotional challenges caused by covid-19.

🟣However, they are also having a great time with all the participants and discovering local places of interest such as Santander or Penagos.
