Hana Pietrová

Hana met Petrklíč during her European Voluntary Service in Poland. Her first youth initiative was the Community Gardens CZ/PL project, and she also worked with the Silesian Academy of Democracy. In Mklub, she founded and runs the K3 Volunteer Centre. With her colleagues, she strives to create a safe environment suitable for young people’s self-realization and is dedicated to supporting local communities.

“I am the coordinator of the One World Human Rights Documentary Film Festival. In Těšín, I am co-organiser of the festivals Celebration of Tea and Cinema on the Border. I lead the Třinec Youth Council, meeting representatives of secondary and primary schools from Třinec and the surrounding area, with whom I find out what young people want to change.”
